Banana Cream Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup sugar (white).
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
03 - 4 mashed ripe bananas (about 1 1/2 cups).
04 - 1/2 cup soft unsalted butter.
05 - 2 cups plain flour.
06 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 8 oz softened cream cheese.
12 - 1/4 cup sugar (granulated).
13 - Another teaspoon vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 350°F.
02 - Get a 9x5 pan—line it, or grease it well.
03 - Stir together salt, flour, and baking soda.
04 - Beat the butter and sugar till fluffy (about 3 minutes).
05 - Whisk in the eggs and vanilla until blended.
06 - Gently stir in the mashed bananas and sour cream.
07 - Slowly stir your dry mixture into the wet one—bit by bit.
08 - Blend together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg to make the filling.
09 - Spoon some banana bread mix, add cream layer, and repeat.
10 - Pop it in the oven and bake for around 60 mins.

# Notes:

01 - Get bananas that are really spotty.
02 - Don’t overdo the mixing.
03 - Push a toothpick into it to see if it's cooked.
04 - Store it cold in the fridge.
05 - It keeps great in the freezer.
