Big Mac Wraps (Print)

Think of the Big Mac you know but wrapped up neatly for on-the-go bites or snack time.

# Ingredients:

→ Special Sauce

01 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
02 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
05 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
06 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
07 - ½ cup mayonnaise

→ Wraps

08 - Dill pickle slices (optional)
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - Salt and pepper to taste
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
13 - 4 large flour tortillas
14 - ½ cup finely chopped onion
15 - 1 pound lean ground beef

# Steps:

01 - Stir together mayonnaise, minced dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl until smooth. Pop it in the fridge while you do the other prep.
02 - Warm up olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the onions and sauté until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Crumble in the ground beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook until browned all over and no longer pink. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Briefly heat the tortillas in a pan or microwave to make them flexible. Spread the special sauce on each one. Place some of the ground beef on top, followed by lettuce, cheddar, and pickles if you want.
04 - Fold the edges of the tortilla and roll it up tightly. Serve right away for the best taste, or wrap in foil if you're taking it to go.

# Notes:

01 - If you like heat, mix some cayenne or hot sauce into the sauce.
02 - Warm the tortillas first so they don't rip when you roll them.
03 - Feel free to add extras like tomato slices or onions on top.
