Broccoli Bacon Side (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 red onion, diced.
02 - 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, no flavor.
03 - 4 cups cauliflower florets, cut into small pieces.
04 - 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese, in small cubes.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
07 - 4 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped.
08 - 12 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled.
09 - 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.
10 - 1/2 cup of clover honey.
11 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise, any brand.
12 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together mayo, yogurt, honey, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Chill when done.
02 - In a big bowl, stir broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion, and half of the crispy bacon together.
03 - Drizzle the dressing on top of the veggie mix, stir until everything is coated fully.
04 - Sprinkle the rest of the bacon pieces on top just before serving.

01 - Tastes best when eaten right away.
02 - Get everything ready earlier to make it quicker later.
03 - Keep dressing separate until mealtime.
