Buffalo Chicken Snacks (Print)

Tender chicken with spicy sauce and cheese all tucked in crisp pastry. Easy to bake for a tasty, hearty treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip

→ Finish

02 - 1 beaten egg

→ Filling

03 - 110 g shredded mozzarella
04 - 120 ml buffalo sauce
05 - 240 ml pulled cooked chicken
06 - 60 g crumbled blue cheese

→ Dough

07 - 450 g ready-to-use pizza dough

# Steps:

01 - Enjoy while they're still hot and dip in ranch or blue cheese if you like.
02 - Brush the top of each triangle with beaten egg. Bake on the tray for 12 to 15 minutes. The cheese should be melty and everything golden.
03 - Drop chicken filling in the center of each square. Top with mozzarella and blue cheese if you want. Fold into triangles, pressing edges together with a fork.
04 - Spread some flour on your work space. Flatten the pizza dough and cut it into 6 squares.
05 - Mix chicken and buffalo sauce in a bowl til every piece is coated.
06 - Crank your oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Pop some parchment on a baking sheet so nothing sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Pinch those edges hard with a fork if you want extra crispy pockets.
