Buttery Garlic Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 2 tablespoons sugar
03 - 2 cups milk warmed to 110°F
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - ½ cup butter, melted and unsalted
06 - 2 ¼ teaspoons dry yeast (1 packet)
07 - 4-5 cups plain all-purpose flour

→ Filling

08 - 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
09 - Salt and pepper as needed
10 - ½ cup butter, softened
11 - ¼ cup parsley, freshly chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Start by stirring warm milk and sugar in a big bowl, sprinkle yeast on top, and let it rest till it looks bubbly, around 10 minutes. Mix in the butter, eggs, salt, and slowly add the flour until it all comes together as a soft dough.
02 - Work the dough with your hands for 5-7 minutes until it feels smooth. Put it in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it puff up for about 1-1.5 hours.
03 - In a bowl, mix up the softened butter, garlic, parsley, and a bit of salt and pepper until it’s nice and creamy.
04 - Flatten the dough into a big rectangle (12×18 inches), spread the garlic butter mixture all over, roll it up tightly from one longer side, and cut into 12 slices.
05 - Arrange the cut pieces in a greased pan, let them rest for 30-45 minutes to puff up again, then bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - For a cheesy twist, sprinkle grated cheese onto the filling.
02 - Tastes best warm! Can be kept at room temperature for up to 2 days.
