Garlic Steak Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - A crispy, fresh baguette—French style
02 - 1 pound of super-thin ribeye or sirloin steak slices, the star of the meal

→ Veggies & Aromatics

03 - 1 medium onion, sliced into strips
04 - About 1 cup of colorful bell peppers, thinly sliced
05 - 2 fresh cloves of garlic, chopped finely

→ Cheese

06 - 1 cup of gooey melted mozzarella or provolone

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). That heat will make your bread golden and the cheese wonderfully gooey.
02 - In a skillet with oil, gently fry your peppers and onions on medium heat. Let them soften and smell amazing—around 5-7 minutes.
03 - Throw in the steak and garlic. Stir and cook for just 4-5 minutes, so the beef is browned but still soft.
04 - Slice your baguette neatly through the length, but don’t cut all the way through. Scoop out a little inside bread to create some space for your stuffing.
05 - Fill each bread half with your steak and veggie mix. Finish it off by spreading that glorious cheese over the top.
06 - Place your baguette on a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese bubbles and melts.

# Notes:

01 - This cheesy garlic steak baguette is a fun twist on a Philly classic. Great for casual dinners or sharing at parties!
02 - Get creative with extra toppings or dipping sauces to make it uniquely yours.
