Preheat your oven to a toasty 375°F (190°C). Put parchment paper over the baking tray so nothing sticks.

Crack open the dough can and split it into 8 triangle shapes.

Place 4 pepperoni slices onto the wider side of each triangle. Add half of a mozzarella stick on top of the pepperoni.

Roll each piece from the bigger side to the point. Fold the edges to stop cheese from escaping. Sprinkle Italian herbs on top, if you'd like.

Bake on the tray for about 10-12 minutes, or until they turn golden and look delicious.
