Turn your oven on and heat it to 375°F (190°C)

Grab a non-stick muffin tray and pop one slice of pepperoni into the bottom of each cup

Spread the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the pepperoni, pressing gently to keep it flat

Bake them for around 8 minutes. The edges should be crispy with a soft middle

Leave them in the tray to cool for 5 minutes, then take them out and dig in!
