Pepperoni Cheese Crisps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 12 slices of pizza pepperoni

→ Cheesy Blend

02 - 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
03 - 1/3 cup shredded cheddar

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and heat it to 375°F (190°C)
02 - Grab a non-stick muffin tray and pop one slice of pepperoni into the bottom of each cup
03 - Spread the cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the pepperoni, pressing gently to keep it flat
04 - Bake them for around 8 minutes. The edges should be crispy with a soft middle
05 - Leave them in the tray to cool for 5 minutes, then take them out and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Want more crunch? Bake them a minute or two longer, but keep an eye on them to prevent burning
02 - Switch it up with Parmesan or Monterey Jack cheese for a fresh new flavor
03 - Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven so they stay crunchy
