13 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
14 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda.
15 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
16 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
17 - 1 1/2 cups sour cream.
18 - 1/4 cup milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix everything for the streusel till crumbly, then chill it.
02 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
03 - Whip together the butter and sugar until fluffy and light.
04 - One at a time, beat in the eggs completely before the next.
05 - Blend in the milk and vanilla until smooth.
