Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack Rhodes white bread, left to thaw out.
02 - 2 tablespoons of butter (your choice salted or unsalted), melted.
03 - 1 and a half teaspoons of finely chopped garlic.
04 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
05 - Half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
06 - Half a teaspoon of dried parsley.
07 - A quarter teaspoon of basil (dry).
08 - A quarter teaspoon of oregano (dry).
09 - 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - 1 and a half to 2 cups of mozzarella, shredded.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease a pizza pan and put the frozen dough on it. Cover the top loosely with plastic wrap sprayed with oil. Let it sit at room temp for 4–5 hours to thaw out.
02 - Turn your oven on and set it to 425°F.
03 - Take the thawed dough and roll it into a big circle to fit your pizza pan.
04 - Stir the melted butter with the garlic and use a pastry brush to coat the dough evenly.
05 - Combine the salt, garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano, and Parmesan. Scatter everything evenly over the buttered dough.
06 - Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then let everything sit for 15–30 minutes.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese and crust get golden brown.
08 - Let it cool for a moment, then cut it into strips and halve those to create breadsticks.

# Notes:

01 - Pro tip: For a quicker bake, pre-cook the crust for 5 minutes before adding the toppings.
02 - Tastes awesome when served with marinara on the side for dipping.
