Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Roll (Print)

Ground beef, cheesy goodness, and garlic butter wrapped in golden dough then baked into juicy rolls.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 100 g shredded mozzarella
02 - 100 g grated cheddar cheese
03 - Salt and black pepper to taste
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 450 g ground beef

→ Dough and Topping

07 - 30 g butter
08 - 1 pack of chilled fresh pizza dough

# Steps:

01 - Cut into slices and serve while it's hot.
02 - Pop the stuffed roll in the hot oven and bake until it's golden and the cheese is nice and melty.
03 - Melt the butter and slather it all over the rolled up dough.
04 - Roll the dough up tightly from one of the long sides so that all the filling gets wrapped up inside.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly on top of the ground beef layer.
06 - Scatter the browned beef all over the cheddar, but leave a little edge empty so nothing spills out.
07 - Spread the cheddar cheese over the dough in an even layer.
08 - Roll out the pizza dough on some flour so it doesn't stick.
09 - Set the oven to whatever temp is listed on your dough packaging.
10 - Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, breaking it up as it browns. Add the garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain off the fat when it's done.

# Notes:

01 - It’s best right out of the oven, but leftovers are tasty cold the next day too.
