Cheesy Breadsticks (Print)

Warm, gooey breadsticks ready fast. Dunk them in marinara or serve beside your Italian favorites.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough Base

01 - 1 batch of pizza dough, already made

→ For Baking Surface

02 - A bit more flour for sprinkling
03 - 2 teaspoons olive oil

→ Topping

04 - 25 grams shredded Parmesan
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, split
06 - 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
07 - 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
09 - 200 grams mozzarella, shredded

# Steps:

01 - Cover a baking tray with parchment and pour olive oil over it. Heat oven to 260°C and move the rack to the bottom slot.
02 - Roll out your dough on a floured surface until it’s about 36 by 25 centimeters. Nudge it with your hands if it needs fixing.
03 - Pick up the rolled dough and slide it onto your oiled tray. Tweak the sides to keep that rectangle shape.
04 - Stir the melted butter and garlic together. Smear that mix over the dough. Toss on half the Italian seasoning and salt, then scatter mozzarella and Parmesan all around. Drop the rest of the seasoning on top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the top is bubbly and golden brown. Take it out and wait a couple minutes.
06 - Slice into 18 breadsticks with a pizza cutter. Hand them out right away with whatever dip you like.
