Honey Garlic Chicken (Print)

Moist chicken in honey and garlic with cheesy pasta makes a comforting bite every time.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken seasoning

01 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
02 - 2 teaspoons salt
03 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 3 chicken breasts, chopped into cubes

11 - 2 tablespoons butter
12 - 3 tablespoons avocado or neutral oil

13 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

15 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
16 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
17 - 340 grams macaroni, cooked to just tender
18 - 60 grams freshly shredded cheddar
19 - 60 grams freshly shredded mozzarella
20 - 480 milliliters heavy cream
21 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
22 - 2 tablespoons butter

# Steps:

01 - Scoop those shiny honey garlic butter chicken bites over that cheesy macaroni. Jump in and eat right away, or pack it up for later.
02 - Dump the drained macaroni into the cheesy sauce and stir while it hangs out on low for 5 minutes. Get that pasta all gooey and coated.
03 - Cook macaroni in salty water as the box says, till still a bit firm. Drain, then rinse with cold water so it stops cooking.
04 - Stir cheddar, mozzarella, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in. Mix till the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and stretchy.
05 - Throw butter in the same pan over medium. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes till it's golden and smells awesome. Pour in cream and gently heat.
06 - Lower the heat, add butter, honey, and chopped parsley to the chicken in the pan. Toss until glossy. Take out the chicken and keep it aside.
07 - Heat a big pan on medium. Add avocado oil, throw in the marinated chicken, and cook 10-15 minutes, flipping now and then, till golden and cooked through.
08 - Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra creamy result, don’t mix the macaroni with the sauce until you’re ready to eat. Meal prep containers work great here.
