# What You'll Need:

→ Shrimp

01 - 900 g peeled and cleaned Argentinian shrimp
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
04 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 125 ml cornstarch
08 - 45 ml olive oil, divided

→ Hot Honey Garlic Sauce

09 - 8 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 37 ml soy sauce
11 - 30 ml honey
12 - 15 ml oyster sauce
13 - 8 g cornstarch
14 - 125 ml hot water
15 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

→ Toppings

16 - Chopped green onions
17 - Red pepper flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine 30 ml olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Toss the shrimp in the marinade to coat evenly.
02 - Place the cornstarch in a separate bowl. Dredge each marinated shrimp in cornstarch until fully coated.
03 - Heat 15 ml olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden and crisp. Remove shrimp from skillet and reserve.
04 - In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, cornstarch, hot water, and red chili flakes if using. Pour the mixture into the same skillet over medium heat. Stir frequently and simmer for about 5 minutes, until the sauce has reduced and lightly thickened.
05 - Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss in the sauce to ensure even coating. Remove from heat.
06 - Garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for added heat. Serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure shrimp becomes evenly crisp.
