Giant Peanut Butter Pie (Print)

Smooth peanut butter meets luscious chocolate ganache in this no-bake pie, topped with Reese’s candies. A must-try for chocolate lovers!

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 ready-to-use pie crust (choose chocolate or graham cracker)

→ Peanut Butter Layer

02 - 1½ cups of smooth peanut butter
03 - 1½ cups powdered sugar
04 - 8 oz of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
05 - 1 cup of heavy cream for whipping

→ Chocolate Topping and Garnishes

06 - 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
07 - ½ cup heavy cream for chocolate layer
08 - Variety of Reese's candy for finishing touches

# Steps:

01 - Mix the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and room-temperature cream cheese in a big bowl until it's totally smooth and creamy, without any clumps.
02 - In another clean bowl, whip the heavy cream until firm peaks stand up on their own.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter blend, making sure it stays airy and light without losing fluffiness.
04 - Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the pie crust, smoothing the top neatly with a spatula.
05 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips with heavy cream. Heat in short 30-second bursts, and stir until silky and fully melted.
06 - Pour the chocolate mixture over the filled crust, making sure it covers the whole top. Smooth it out with a spatula for an even finish.
07 - Arrange Reese's candies on top however you'd like for a fun, decorative touch.
08 - Pop it in the fridge for no less than 4 hours, or until everything is firm and set.

01 - Leave cream cheese out so it'll blend better when soft
02 - For best results, chill the bowl and mixer tools before whipping cream
