Cheese Pea Salad Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Parts

01 - ½ cup radishes, sliced thinly
02 - 1 cup of cheddar cheese, diced into ½-inch pieces
03 - 2 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped up
04 - 1 cup chopped-up celery
05 - ¼ cup green onions, cut into small pieces
06 - 4 cups peas, thawed (can use frozen or fresh)

→ Dressing Mix

07 - 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
08 - 1 cup of mayonnaise
09 - 1 teaspoon mustard powder
10 - 1 teaspoon sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and gently toss together the thawed peas, celery pieces, eggs, cheddar cubes, chopped green onions, and radish slices. It’s colorful and ready for the dressing to bring it all together.
02 - In a smaller bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, sugar, seasoned salt, and mustard until it’s smooth. This is your creamy dressing for the salad.
03 - Drizzle the dressing over your salad ingredients. Stir gently so everything is evenly coated, but try not to crush those peas.
04 - Cover it up and set it in the fridge for half an hour or more before eating. Letting it chill helps the flavors meld and makes it super refreshing.

# Notes:

01 - Be sure your peas are fully defrosted and any excess water is drained off.
02 - Tastes even better if you make it a day early and let it sit overnight.
03 - Goes perfectly with BBQs, potlucks, or outdoor meals.
