Combine your flour, sugar, and salt in one bowl. Work in the cold cubes of butter until crumbly. Spread into the lined pan evenly.

Put the crust in the oven for 15 minutes until it looks a little golden. Let it cool a bit after baking.

Beat eggs with sugar until smooth. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Add the drained pineapple last and fold gently.
