Meat Lovers Pizza Tacos (Printable Version)

Pepperoni, loads of beef, gooey cheese—these handheld tacos bring big flavors to your dinner table.

# What You'll Need:

→ Meats

01 - 1/2 cup sliced sausage
02 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 1 lb ground beef
04 - 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced

→ Cheese & Sauce

05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce

→ Vegetables & Seasonings

07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
10 - 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1/4 cup red onion, diced

→ Base

13 - 8 tortillas

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let those tacos sit for a bit before you eat. That way, everything melds together and you won't burn your mouth.
02 - After putting the meat mixture on, scatter black olives and mozzarella cheese over each tortilla. Don't worry about being perfect.
03 - Take the tortillas out of the oven and spread pizza sauce all over. No need to be super neat.
04 - Pop those tortillas back in and bake just long enough for the cheese to bubble up and melt—about 5 to 7 minutes.
05 - Get your skillet nice and hot on medium. Toss in the ground beef and cook till it’s no longer pink. Drain away extra grease once it’s done.
06 - With your beef still in the skillet, throw in pepperoni, bacon, sausage, onions, bell pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and some pepper. Stir it all together and let it go for about five minutes.
07 - Fire up your oven to 350°F. Place tortillas inside onto a baking sheet and warm them up for 2–3 minutes, just until they’re flexible.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Switch things up by tossing in mushrooms, jalapenos, or swapping in a different cheese—the sky’s the limit for toppings.
02 - Grab some marinara on the side for dunking if you want more pizza vibes.
