Protein Brownies Fudgy Healthy (Printable Version)

Crazy fudgy brownies that sneak in lots of protein and feel rich with every mouthful.

# What You'll Need:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 2/3 cup sugar or any granular erythritol
02 - 2 eggs or sub with 2 flax eggs
03 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
04 - 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or butter

→ Dry Ingredients

05 - 1/2 tsp salt
06 - 1 tsp baking powder
07 - 2 tbsp cocoa powder
08 - 1/3 cup protein powder
09 - 1 cup almond flour

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - 1/2 cup tiny chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Let these bake for about 20 minutes, then pull them out. Set the pan aside until it's totally cool. If you want them to get nice and solid, tuck them in the fridge overnight but don't wrap too tightly.
02 - Scoop the batter into your lined or greased pan. Press it flat—using another piece of parchment can help spread it out smoothly.
03 - Toss every ingredient into a big bowl and stir it all really well so there aren't any dry patches left.
04 - Crank your oven to 350°F. Either grease your 8-inch pan or pop in some parchment paper—whatever's easier.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If you can't do nuts, swap the almond flour for something like oat flour instead.
02 - You can throw on any kind of topping or frosting if you're feeling fancy.
