Red Velvet Oreo Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
02 - 2 tablespoons (30ml) red food coloring.
03 - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, at room temperature.
04 - 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies, chopped.
05 - 2 cups (200g) packed brown sugar.
06 - 2 cups (248g) all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 tablespoon (5g) cocoa powder, unsweetened.
08 - 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips.
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10 - 2 large eggs.
11 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F. Put foil or parchment in a 9x9 metal pan and spray it down so it doesn't stick.
02 - Beat up butter and brown sugar till smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Blend in cocoa, baking powder, flour, and salt.
03 - Mix red coloring and crushed cookies into the batter. Spread out in the pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
04 - Cook for 22-24 minutes until the center lightly wobbles. Let it cool all the way before slicing.
