Hot Seafood Bread Bowl (Print)

Cheesy crab and shrimp-filled sourdough. Perfect party snack or meal starter.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 pound lump crab meat
02 - 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
03 - 1 large sourdough bread bowl

→ Creamy Mixture

04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
10 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
11 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Scoop out the bread bowl, keeping the chunks for dipping.
02 - Stir mayo, cream cheese, shredded cheese, aromatics, and spices until the texture is creamy.
03 - Gently combine the crab and shrimp with the creamy mixture.
04 - Spoon the seafood mixture into the bread bowl. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
