# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Essentials

01 - 4 strips of crispy cooked bacon
02 - 2 tablespoons softened butter
03 - 2 slices of white cheddar cheese, cut in half
04 - ½ cup baby spinach leaves
05 - 4 slices of sourdough bread
06 - 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced thin
07 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard spread
08 - 4 slices of deli-style turkey

# Instructions:

01 - Spread honey mustard over one side of all bread slices. Halve the cheese slices so you get 4 smaller pieces.
02 - Place cheese, turkey slices, tomato rounds, and baby spinach on two slices of bread.
03 - Top with the remaining bread slices, adding bacon and cheese to these pieces before you close up the sandwiches.
04 - Spread a layer of softened butter over the outer sides of each piece of bread, making sure it’s evenly coated.
05 - Set a skillet on medium heat and cook the sandwiches for about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Flip when the bread turns golden and the cheese starts to ooze.

# Notes:

01 - Pick fresh deli slices for better flavor—skip pre-packaged options
02 - Swap in dairy-free cheese and butter if needed
03 - Pairs perfectly with a side salad or a warm bowl of soup
